Underground Pizza Drop FAQ

Q: What is a pizza drop?

A: A drop is when we bring fully cooked pizzas to a delivery location. The pizzas are made fresh and delivered using hot bags to keep the pizzas warm.

Q: Do I need to preorder?

A: Yes, all drops are preorders only and close 2 hours before the delivery time.

Q: What if I don't see my drop?

A: Either preorders are cut off or the drop is sold out. All weekly preorders will open again on Monday. 

Q: How much does your pizza feed?

A: A half pizza can comfortably feed 1-2 people and a full can feed 3-4 people. The more toppings a pizza has, the more filling.

Q: Do you have specific reheat instructions?

A: Pizzas arrive at the drop warm and ready to eat but you can also save them for later. To reheat your pizza later, get your oven up to 450-500 degrees. Pre-heat your cook surface in the oven (baking sheet, pizza stone, any flat surface for cooking). Place the pizza in the oven, and turn your oven off after placing the pizza in. The pizza should reheat in 3-7 minutes depending on its temperature at the time of placing it in. The cheese will sizzle when it's ready. For appetizers, place in an air fryer at 350 degrees for 2-3 minutes.
